Four year B.Sc. Nursing

Age Limit :

  1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
  2. The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of

        Higher Secondary School certificate Examination (12 years course).

                                                          Or

       Senior School certificate Examination (10+2), pre-degree Examination  (10+2)

                                                          Or

       An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or  University with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with  minimum of 50% aggregate marks (PCBE).

  1. Candidate shall be Medically Fit.

Entrance / Selection Test:

            Selection of the candidates should be based on the merit of the entrance examination held by University or competent authority.

 Duration:

             Duration of the course shall be four years including internship

Two year B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic)

Age Limit : The upper age limit is 40 years as on 31st of December of the year of admission.

Eligibility :

  1. Candidates should have:
    • passed Diploma in Nursing
    • registered his/her name with any State Nursing Council and
    • put in a minimum of one year of nursing service as on 30th June of the admission year in any recognized hospital or educational institution or as a full time Public Health Nurse.
  2. There is no domicile restriction and therefore candidates belonging to any State/Union Territory in India are eligible to apply.

Physical Fitness: Candidate should produce a certificate of medical fitness from an authorized medical officer at the time of admission to the course.

Entrance / Selection Test : Selection of the candidates is based on the merit of the entrance examination held by university.
